MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROLAND J. BRUMBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon a Motion To Vacate Order Confirming Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan filed by Gordon Davis (“Davis”). A hearing was held on this motion on January 23,1987. After the hearing and a review of its file, for reasons more fully set forth below, the Court grants Davis’ Motion To Vacate.
