Memorandum: Defendants appeal from judgments following a jury trial convicting them of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [3]), unauthorized use of a vehicle in the first degree (Penal Law § 165.08), criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 165.45 [5]), and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02 [1]). They contend that the testimony of the accomplice is not sufficiently corroborated to sustain their convictions and that the evidence is insufficient to convict them of unauthorized use…
