Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Czajka, J.), rendered March 24, 2000, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crimes of grand larceny in the third degree and perjury in the first degree based upon his admissions that he had deposited the proceeds of a third-party’s *872fire insurance policy into his personal bank account. He was sentenced in April 1999 to a term of five years’ probation and was directed to pay the sum of $7,500 in restitution. In January 2000, defendant was brought before County Court…
