St. Helen Resort Ass'n v. Hannan

This is a suit in chancery to remove a cloud from the title of certain lands described as the north \ of section 11, town 24 north, range 2 west, Higgins township, Roscommon county, Michigan.

It appears that on January 3, 1927, the Round Lake Holding Company, being the owner of said property, mortgaged the same to Roscommon State Bank for $1,500 which mortgage was recorded; and that on March 19, 1931, the Round Lake Holding Company conveyed said property by quitclaim deed to Charles E.
