Defendant was convicted of violating the Local Option Law by selling intoxicating liquor in Wayne county, and appealed to this court. Having raised a question pertaining to the constitutionality of the Local Option Law by his motion to quash the indictment, the cause was, therefore, trans-' ferred by this court to the Supreme Court, as will appear by reference to State v. Cowan, 146 Mo. App. 621, 124 S. W. 587.
