The plaintiff, Minnie Reinberg, brought an action in the superior court of Cook County against the defendants, Laura Heiby and George F. Hunter, as trustee, seeking reformation of a trust agreement and two deeds to conform to the intention and understanding of the donor, John Jarmuth, deceased.
