Action for unlawful detainer. The evidence shows that late in February, 1903, plaintiff rented to the defendant a lot or parcel of land, containing between five and six acres, situated within the corporate limits of the city of St. Louis; that there is a dwelling-house, stable and outhouses on the land. The letting was by a verbal contract.
