Plaintiff, Virginia L. Biggerstaff, in October 1966, commenced an action for divorce against the defendant, Harold James Biggerstaff, and in addition to a de cree of divorce sought custody and support of a minor daughter, alimony, and a just and equitable division of the property of the parties.
