The facts in this case, as disclosed by the findings of the trial court, are as follows: In 1893 George W. Hall, then a widower about fifty six years of age, with several children, intermarried with Matilda Hall, appellant herein, who was about thirty years of age, and thereafter they continued to live together as husband and wife until some time in October, 1906, when a separation took place.
