SWEET, District Judge.
Defendant Atlantic Corporation, Inc. (“Atlantic”) has moved against the plaintiffs, Ira W. Kuhlik and the now defunct Lincolnwood, Inc. (collectively “Lincoln-wood”), in the above captioned action, for an order dismissing the complaint for insufficiency of service of process and striking plaintiffs’ request for a default judgment as made to a clerk of this court. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied in part and granted in part.
