John L. and Juliet Church are husband and wife. January 28,1944, John L. filed his complaint, averring they were married May 30, 1929, lived together up to December 5, 1942, and had two children, daughters; that without cause, on December 5, she deserted him and has persisted in such desertion. He prayed divorce and custody of the children.
