DECISION

This matter comes before the Court on the appeal of Paul F. Mercurio and Carol Mercurio ("Appellants") from a decision of the Zoning Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett ("Board"), denying Appellants' application for a special use permit along with dimensional variances. The Board denied Appellants' application after holding public hearings on May 5, 2005, and June 23, 2005. The Board's written decision is dated December 30, 2005, and was filed on January 13, 2006.
