The plaintiff complains that prior to Sept. 14, 1917, together with Francis H. Bohlen, he was the owner in fee simple of a certain tract of land, containing 54.91 acres, formerly in the bed of the Delaware River, being a part of a larger tract of land, commonly known as “Hog Island.” The said 54.91 acres were being formed by accretion, etc., over a period of years ranging from 1885 to 1917. On Sept. 14, 1917, the plaintiff and Bohlen granted and conveyed to the American International Corporation the entire “Hog Island” tract of 846 acres — which included the parcel of 54.91…
