JANVIER, Judge Ad Hoc.

Defendant company, on January 15, 1923, issued industrial policy No. 203558, on the life of Ranson Beco. On June 20, 1927, the policy herein sued on was issued. On this policy the company made the following notation:

“CHANGED PROM INDUSTRIAL POLICY NO. 203558, DATE OP ISSUANCE 1/15/23 TO LIFE.”

The policy is in favor of Robert Beco, beneficiary, brother of Ranson Beco, the insured. It provides that in case of death the company will pay to the beneficiary the sum of $231.00. It contains the following stipulation:
