This is a bill.in equity filed in the circuit court of Wayne county asking to have certain deeds canceled and held void as against appellants. The bill contains an alternative prayer that if appellants are not entitled to have the deeds canceled and set aside, two of said deeds shall be reformed and corrected so as to convey six instead of eighty acres. This is the second time this case has been to this court. On the first hearing a decree had been entered in the circuit court dismissing the bill for want of equity. (Emmerson V.
