Webber, J.), rendered July 19, 2011, as amended November 17, 2011 and April 5, 2012, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of rape in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree (three counts), attempted rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (four counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to an aggregate term of 50 years, unanimously affirmed.
