This is a medical malpractice suit brought by George M. Ross, appellant, against two physicians, Dr. Malcolm Sher and Dr. M. F. Gottlieb. At the close of evidence, the trial court granted a motion for instructed verdict as to Dr. Gottlieb. Special Issues were submitted to the jury as to Dr. Sher. The jury’s findings on both negligence and damages were favorable to Dr. Sher. Based on the jury’s findings the trial court rendered a take-nothing judgment against the plaintiff, Ross.
