WINTER, District Judge:
Suit has been filed, under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, as .amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185, to enforce .an award under a collective bargaining agreement by and between plaintiff and Maryland Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (hereafter called “NECA”), to which it is alleged defendant was a party, and under which it is further alleged defendant was bound.
