This is a writ of error to review a judgment of nonsuit entered in the circuit court of the first circuit, — the sole assignment of error being the granting of the motion for nonsuit and entry of judgment thereon. The record sent up in response to the writ shows that George E. Ward, the plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the plaintiff, brought an action against the Inter-Island Steam Navigation. Company, Limited, the defendant in error, hereinafter called the defendant, to recover damages in the sum of $50,000 for personal injuries…
