This is the second appeal involving the same factual background.
On the first appeal (Local Lodge Number 1248, etc. v. St. Regis Paper Co., Fla.App., 125 So.2d 337) we held that the judgment appealed, by which the appellant, including a substantial number of the mem*31bers of the labor union, were found in contempt and ordered to pay a money penalty, in the alternative to be imprisoned for thirty-six hours, was for a criminal contempt and reviewable only by the procedure governing appeals in criminal cases, as provided by Part 6 of the Florida Appellate Rules, 31 F.S.A.
