Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered November 19, 1973 in Broome County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to reinstate her to her position as a Senior Clerk for the County of Broome. Petitioner was appointed to a position of Senior Clerk in the Broome County Clerk’s office after passing a competitive civil service examination.
