¶ 1. A Lincoln . County jury found Andrew Graham guilty of conspiracy to pos sess a controlled substance inside a correctional facility. See Miss.Code Ann. §-47-5-198 (Rev.2011); Miss.Code Ann. § 97-1-1 (Rev.2006). The Lincoln County Circuit Court sentenced Graham, as a habitual offender, to five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) and fined Graham $2,000.
