DECISION

Before this Court is Reliance Insurance Company's (hereinafter plaintiff) request for declaratory relief. Plaintiff petitions this Court to determine the legal rights and duties of the respective parties under an insurance contract it issued to Arden Engineering Constructors (hereinafter Arden) wherein New England Telephone (hereinafter defendant) was named as an additional insured.
