MEMORANDUM. OPINION
ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Dismiss and to Enjoin Debtor from Filing Additional Bankruptcy Cases or in the Alternative, to Lift Automatic Stay. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2) and 157(b)(2)(G) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1). For the reasons set forth below and in accordance with the Court’s decision, announced from the bench at a hearing on this matter on January 8, 1993, an Order will be entered dismissing this Chapter 13…
