T1 Bonita Stadler, as the Payne County Treasurer, and the Board of County Commissioners of Payne County, Oklahoma (collectively, Defendants) appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Jason L. Place, Sr., and Mary H. Place. This appeal is assigned to the accelerated docket pursuant to Oklahoma Supreme Court Rule 1.36, 12 O.S. Supp. 2015, ch. 15, app. 1, which we consider without appellate briefing. After review, we affirm.
