McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Raymond Wayne Blue, an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, appeals his conviction under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) for distribution of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana resin (hashish). Appellant’s sole ground for reversal is that the district court 1 lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the offenses charged. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the district court.
