The plaintiffs seek contribution against defendant Robert E. Wilde (“Wilde”) (Count I) and defendant A.H. Harris & Sons Inc. (“Harris”) (Count II) for sums paid pursuant to the underlying personal injury litigation. The plaintiffs allege that G.L.c. 23 IB, §3(c) entitles them to contribution equal to each defendant’s pro rata share of sums paid to satisfy the underlying judgment.
