RULING
POLOZOLA, Chief Judge.
This Court, on its own motion, questioned whether it had subject matter jurisdiction in this case. The parties were asked to brief the issue for the Court. *855After reviewing the entire record, the Court finds that the Court does have subject matter jurisdiction.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
In December of 1997, Kimberly Cooper1 and Todd Chambers entered into a Partition of Community Property. Therein, Ms. Cooper “conveyed, transferred, set-over, assigned and delivered” to Mr. Chambers “any and all stock owned in Specialty Lighting, Inc.”2 According to the complaint…
