Rodney McDaniel, KB A No. 46027, of Frankfort, Kentucky, was admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky on October 1, 1976.

On August 2, 2004, the Inquiry Commission of the Kentucky Bar Association filed a five-count charge against McDaniel. Count I alleges violation of SCR 3.130-1.8 for failure to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client.
