I dissent from the opinion of the majority reversing the appellant’s conviction for bribing a witness on the basis that the verdict was contrary to the great weight of the evidence. It appears to me that the majority is weighing the credibility of the witness and has placed too much emphasis on one portion of the testimony of that witness. The majority’s interpretation of the evidence constitutes an invasion of the province of the jury.
