— On September 25, 1961, the defendant was placed on trial in the Warren District Court to answer a charge of perjury lodged against him by county attorney’s information. The jury returned its verdict of guilty as charged, and on October 16 next the court entered its judgment on the verdict and sentenced the defendant as provided by statute. He appeals, assigning nine errors.
