*642In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kelly, J.), dated July 31, 2003, which granted the motion of the defendant Gina Ciccotto for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her, and upon converting the motion of the defendant Prestige Cleaning Company to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) insofar as asserted against it to a motion for summary judgment, granted the motion.
