The Holocaust Survivors Foundation-U.S.A., Inc. (“HSF”), and several individuals and organizations, appeal from the March 9, 2004 memorandum and order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Edward R. Korman, Chief Judge ). 1 The District Court rejected the HSF’s objections to the Court’s earlier orders, which had allocated supplemental funds to one of the settlement classes in the litigation styled as the Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation.
