Farmers Trust Company, of Carlisle, Penna., has filed its petition under the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act of June 18,1923, P. L. 840, praying the court to determine whether the County of Cumberland or the Borough of Camp Hill is responsible in damages to the petitioner for that portion of its land taken in the change of the lines and width of a section of State highway route no. 708 within the limits of the Borough of Camp Hill.
