Herbert E. Russell, an individual, filed for relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on July 18, 1984. On August 14, 1984, schedules and statements of affairs were filed. The debt- or lists $33,035,505.10 in assets and $23,-250,718.65 in liabilities although he now admits that in reality liabilities exceed assets by a substantial amount.
