Appellants Christy Nelson, individually and as representative of the estate of Charles Michael Nelson, deceased, and Laura G. Nelson, Lacy G. Nelson, and Michael Vincent Nelson (collectively referred to as the Nelsons) appeal from an order dismissing their health care liability claims against appellees Frank M. Ryburn, III, M.D. (Ryburn) and Jeffrey Norman Colvin, M.D. (Colvin).
