In this creditors’ rights suit, we consider whether a fraudulent conveyance has been made by an insolvent corporation.

In March of 1976, appellant Bank of Commerce, the plaintiff below, filed a bill in equity against appellees Rosemary and Thyme, Inc., Edmund C. Ruffin, Nabil D. Kassir and Khalid A. Kassir seeking relief under Code § 55-80.
