Defendant, James Becraft, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Sangamon County entered May 24, 1978, pursuant to the Sexually Dangerous Persons Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, par. 105—1.01 etseq.), declaring him to be such a person and committing him to the custody of the Director of Corrections.
