Petitioner asks for the following relief:(1) For an order restraining the Board of Trustees of Emma S. Clark Memorial Library (herein referred to as Library) from continuing the construction of the new wing of the Emma S. Clark Memorial Library; and(2) For an order restraining the Three Village Central School District of Brookhaven and Smithtown (herein referred to as the School District) from making any further payments to the said Library.
