DAUKSCH, Judge.
Appellant, Timothy Turner, appeals a sentence of 4lk years incarceration for violating his probation.
The record shows that appellant was charged with possession of cocaine. The trial court entered an order withholding adjudication of guilt and placing him on probation for two years. He was also ordered to serve a period of 60 days in the county jail and to perform 100 hours of community service. He was later charged with violating his probation to which he pled nolo contendere.
