OPINION
O’CONNOR, Justice.
In a suit against an unincorporated sole proprietorship, may the trial court enter judgment against the individual who is the owner? Yes. We affirm.
Holberg & Company (the Company), the named defendant, had an agency relationship with Citizens National Assurance Company (CNAC), the plaintiff. The Company is an unincorporated sole proprietorship owned and operated by Robert E. Hol-berg (Holberg).
