This action concerns a dispute over the online auction (and ultimate purchase) of real property in North Wildwood, New *385Jersey, and arises out of Plaintiff Beatrice Fernandes’ (hereinafter, “Plaintiff’) contention that Defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (hereinafter, “Deutsche Bank”) awarded the winning bid to a third-party, despite Plaintiffs significantly higher offer.
