11 Tracy Lee Ingle appeals his April 15, 2009 conviction in Pulaski County Circuit Court of two counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of maintaining a drug premises. He was sentenced to eighteen years’ imprisonment.
