On May 3, 1988, pursuant to GPL 440.10, defendant Samuel Huggins moved to vacate a judgment of this court, rendered June 18, 1986, convicting him, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15) and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an indeterminate term of from 6 to 12 years’ imprisonment.
