Affirming.
On the trial of the appellant, Walter (Red) Thorpe, for the murder of Gladys Massey the jury found him guilty and fixed his punishment at life imprisonment. Prom the judgment entered on the verdict this appeal is prosecuted.
The errors assigned as reasons for a reversal of the judgment of the trial court are that (1) no instruct tion was given on the law of self-defense and that (2) improper argument and improper questions were permitted in the case.
