The first appeal was from rulings of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County on the trial of an issue which had originated in the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore County on a complaint that Charles Marx, as executor of the estate of John Marx, Senior, deceased, was concealing and failing to account for additional assets of the' estate, and a petition that he be required to 1 account for them then.…
