Cortés, Secretary of the Commonwealth (Secretary), dated March 14, 2007 granting petitions filed on behalf of Charles F. Chenot, III, the District Attorney of Perry County (Chenot), and Brenda J. Albright (Albright), the Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts of Perry County, to expunge improvidently recorded security interests.
