This decision/order on the motion is as follows:

In this special proceeding, petitioner the Comptroller of the City of New York petitions this court, pursuant to CPLR 2308, to compel respondent the Department of Finance of the City of New York (the DOF) to respond to a subpoena served by the Comptroller on October 9, 2013. The subpoena sought data regarding the general corporation tax (GCT) collected by the City of New York for the years 2008-2012, as well as testimony by a representative of the DOF.
