L. Varnedoe for $5,000; Mary Evelyn Abell recovered a judgment, against the estate of J. W. McCulloch, Jr-., for $1,500, and against A. L. Varnedoe for $1,000; Elzie Raymond Abell recovered a judgment against the estate of J. W. McCulloch, Jr., for $600, and against A. L.
