This in an appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Warren County affirming the decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission which had affirmed the. decision of the attorney-referee, denying liability to the appellant, Mrs. Fannie Rankin Freeman, the widow and sole dependent of William Pat Freeman, deceased. The employee, William Pat Freeman, died on June 9, 1953, in the Lutheran Hospital at Vicksburg, Mississippi.
